Dead Man Elected Mayor
Description
San Agustin Amatengo, Mexico recently elected Leninguer Carballido its mayor. Problem is, according to the Daily News, Carballido faked his own death in 2010 which he reportedly did to avoid alleged gang rape charges. Now that's he's back from 'the dead,' he's got a lot to deal with. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) reports.
