DEAD EYES...

Always fascinated with Horror flicks as a kid. I was never scared by anything. The key to this film was in the soundtrack. Tobe Hooper came up with a cacophony of sounds that was like putting a glass up to the bedroom wall of the Devil... you could sense the sticky stench of death as they filmed in 100 degree heat of Texas summer...the set designer did a great job...this killing isnt scary, its the dead look in the eyes of Leatherface at the end of the clip that gave me nightmares for a while...
