In the first in a series of interviews with writers we welcome to SCI-FI-LONDON, Darren Shan, author of the newly published Procession of the Dead, the first in what will be The City Trilogy.

Darren has sold 10 million books in 20 languages across 30 countries with best sellers in America, Britain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Hungary, Japan and Taiwan.

Cirque du Freak, the first film of The Darren Shan Saga, started principal photography in February this year in New Orleans, directed by Paul Weitz and with actors Salma Hayek, John C Reilly, Josh Hutcherson and Chris J Kelly.
