I am glad you are here today
Back in my heart
You finally found your way
I love to see your smile
And the look in your eyes
To know you were in pain
And so many miles away
Was breaking my heart into
Knowing there were tears
In your eyes of Blue
And there was nothing I could do
But I hope you felt the love I sent
And the thoughts I held in my mind
Knowing I would see you again
Just not knowing how or when
But the day came, I heard your message
A all to familiar voice
A voice that has never been forgotten
It sent a warm feeling through my heart
It was really you. We are no longer apart
Then the day came that I got to see you
It was definatly time overdue
Now I am here for you
Through every step of the way
All I need is for you to be here
Not tomorrow or yesterday
But here with me today
