Then you need to be feelin' crAPPY...,
This will make you quEASY.

Second you need to buy a rAZOR.
They are purchasable at most office supply stores but don't buy from WAL-MART BECAUSE THEY ARE EVIL SEAL KILLERS and they have a fIST.
Then you need to buy a lASER.
They are really quite useful tools for setting up straight lines, and you want to have a neat cut as you slide the blade across your pulsing wrIST.

Third you need to CRY.
Pour out your heart empty it into the bathtub lose it in the shower because you love everyone and they do not love YOU.
Then you need to DIE.
Slice open your veins and allow the life force to drain from your pale trembling shaking quivering shimmering COUP............,

of your SORROW
