I had a vision
Of waters crystal clear
So clear they cannot be seen
By mortal eyes
And so very still
That they make
A mountain seem like a
Shaking jelly rock
And with a coolness
That has no chill
A vast expanse of perfection
Devoid of any feature
Except
In the centre of perception
Without any shade
Of doubt or fear
Or touched by time’s decay
A flower
A blossom of such beauty
With such perfect form
And colours more pure
Surpassing any rainbow’s power
Of expression
And in the stillness
It unfolded
In timeless time
And said
I am.
