David Harris - Two Large Lorries (Fun Poem 88)

Two large Lorries turned up today
to take the portable outhouses away.
Two slate grey outhouses
that stood for the season
in case any desperate traveller
needed somewhere to sit.
They came with a crane
and hoisted them away.
Once they are gone,
any desperate traveller
will have to hang on
or dive behind a bush to sit
because two large Lorries have taken
the portable outhouses away today.
