Every little star that twinkles
up in the sky each night
shines up there to brighten
up some poor soul’s life.
One shines down on the lonely
leading them to someone to comfort their soul.
Another shines on the broken hearted
telling them that they will love again.
Every little star in the night sky is there for everyone.
When it shines bright on your life
then you know you are a special one.
There is a star for everyone
no matter who they are
and wishing upon that star
will make your dreams come true.
