David Harris - Evening Ramble

As evening shadows fall
And stars begin to shine
We walk hand in hand
Under a moon that’s divine
The creatures of the night
Scamper to and fro
They will stop for a moment
As their eyes reflect the light
We walk through a wonderland
On our ramble as we go
Our hearts beat as one
In the stillness, don’t you know
Here on a warm summer night
Its not only the stars that shine bright
Flowers fill the air
With a fragrant perfume
And love is everywhere
It fills the heart with peace and joy
For every man, woman, girl and boy
