David Harris - Circles

We resurrect ourselves
time and time again
from the pits we fall in.
We climb back out
mind refreshed to start
the whole process again.

Each time we encounter a problem
the ones that we cannot solve
we fall from grace
and have to resurrect
ourselves time and again
just to ensure we carry on.

An ever-increasing circle
that makes our life go round.
One day we will say stop
this is the end of the line
at least for us
and want to get off.
