David Harris - A Tender Heart

A tender heart
is a heart that cares.
It gives love
everyone can share.
It is there when you’re feeling low
to raise the spirit so.

A tender heart
cannot be broken
as it is a giving token.
Watching over
the ones, it loves
to help them in their despair.

So if you meet a tender heart
nurture it with love
so it can care.
Don’t push it aside
for you might need it one day
when you are in despair.
