David Dewar - Cyclone Fingers
29 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
black coffee seizure
can you untie me
before they find me
railways still say
these people, no shame
shame like a long walk home
scarecrow limbs and sunken cheeks
shame like rats of a strip
but the freedom we found
still sinking in the drink
don't answer the phone
they know too much
they've wired the walls
our children and our souls
they've made a meal
of our mental state
like a child in the headlights
head-lice, head-trap
our heads on a plate
can you untie me
before they find me
