Speaking in Cardiff on Friday, David Cameron dismisses claims that European Union leaders could be forced to make new concessions to the UK if it voted to leave the EU. Former Conservative leader Michael Howard says a vote to leave could be followed by more talks and another vote to allow the UK to stay on better terms. But Cameron says there is no ‘third way’.
