David Burke is a musician hailing from the small village of Kill, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Beginning his trade at the relatively young age of 7 when he wrote his first song, he quickly developed a passion for songwriting and performing. Over the years he built up an impressive repertoire and eventually decided to hit the streets and start busking. Starting out in Temple Bar, Dublin this period saw him belting out tunes at the top of his lungs to listeners in cities as far away as LA and New York. His talent did not go unnoticed and soon he was supporting established artists such as Alabama 3, Kila, Declan O'Rourke, Aslan and Wallis Bird amongst others. He has finished writing his as yet untitled debut album and preparations for the recording begin soon. Check out the gigs section to see David Burke perform live!
