David Breck - Reason's

Some say that things happen for a reason.
My whole life I've searched for that reason.
Months have passed and no reason has been found.
Months of searching and yet I still stand astound.
So now what I do is just hope and wish.
I hope for the answer, and wish it will find me.
Yet nothing has happened, no reason found, no questions answered.
Maybe the questions are meant to be left unanswered.
But still I will continue my search.
Hoping that someday and somewhere the answer will lurch.
But when that day comes will I feel any better?
Or will I feel abandoned, like an un-read letter?
