Searching for the truth could literally be like
Trying to find that needle in a haystack
The truth is the needle
First, it starts with the blessing
With the blessing comes the Grace
With the Grace comes the Wisdom
With the Wisdom comes the Patience
With the Patience comes the Perseverance
With Perseverance comes the filtering
And then you start to filter
And start to realize that...
All that glitters is not gold
That it looks like the truth but it is not the truth
That it behaves like the truth but is not the truth
That it smells like the truth but is not the truth
That it taste like the truth but it is not the truth
What else can I say?
What the eyes sees is easy to accept
But do we accept without question?
How so foolish!
But its what the eyes can't see that makes all the difference
Because hidden in that haystack is the truth
So when poets see the future without a crystal glass
Or cries in the wilderness...
That's where the true knowledge resides
And you stay on course, and ride the storm
Because you seek the truth
Because the haystack will try to dissuade you from searching for the truth
The haystack will dissuade you from reaching for the truth
Because the truth brings light to darkness
Because the truth shames a liar
Because the truth will set you free
Because to search for the truth is not for the faint of heart
Its beyond a 9 to 5
Its as sweaty as they come
Its as bruising as they come
The needle is still in the haystack
The truth is out there
The haystack is all that element that clouds the truth
All the darkness for which the truth must permeate from
All the gate keepers to the truth for which none has yet to profess the truth
To search for the truth, is to
Search for the needle in a haystack
