I want to be......
Like the one i used to be.

I culled, beguiled....
I proposed, kissed, cuddled
Present was perfect
She loved back,
Someone somewhere somehow said
I want to be.....
Like the one I used to be.

With dad's morning walk,
With mom's never ending talk,
With sister's everlasting sulk,

I broke up....
Sobbed, Missed what I was missing
I forgot, I realised
Past was perfect
Somewhere someone somehow said,
I want to be.....
Like the one I used to be.

With her under the stars,
I under her hairs,
She under me, I under her.

I was culled, beguiled.....
She loved, she hugged
I saw, watched, experimented
Somehow someone somewhere said
I want to be.....
Like the one I used to be.

With hundreds of books,
Thousands of dreams,
Millions of smile's,

Now I just....
Want

be
