Data reveals rapid return of shared rentals

At the start of the pandemic, data from the reserve bank showed people were leaving share houses, but now as rents continue to climb, new figures suggests that trend is back to above pre-COVID levels. Flatmates.com.au says the fastest growing group seeking a share house is people over the age of 55.
