Before the night slowly disappear,
there's some stuff I wish to say,

First my feelings for you
and only you,
have been quite very true.
Quite a pity it's long overdue

It's never changed and still
the same, those feelings that
I felt for you when we first met
at your window sill.

As my sentences get long and incoherent,
I think it's best I end off now.
The 3 words so inherent,
'I love you'.

An act of precaution, I fear.
Just in case, there's no another day.
