Darwin Harbour Crocodile Tale created by Gary Crockett. A true story of a time when I was retrieving my crab pot at the mouth of a mangrove creek in Darwin Harbour. A large Saltwater crocodile was invisible under the muddy water and when I pulled the crab pot up it startled the big croc, it's tail came out of the water thrashing as the croc took off. Scared the hell out of me but the croc didn't hang around. It was gone......and so was I. I fired up the motor and got the hell out of there.
