Not using those furious fists to fight,
Only speaking sweet words to tell the truth.
Nonviolence is using your mental might,
Violence is painful and it is uncouth.
It is important to do what is right
Open up your hearts and protect our youth

Learn we must to tolerate like a tree,
Evading awful anger is the test,
Now it is the time to control the chi
Cool, calm and collected souls are the best
Each mind must stay tranquil, that is the Key.

Each stable soul should strive to protect peace,
Careful like a lover to do no harm.
Needless to say we need violence to cease,
Encourage others with love and be warm
Let the rage not rule you, let it decrease.

In life make the mighty mind strong like steel
Vie to think thoughts clearly like the blue sky
Never relent keep your compassion real
Overcome the mind and the soul will fly
Nowhere should there be violence that’s the deal!
