Daring Backwards Somersault Attempt Goes Terribly Wrong

On a ferry near Patras in the Summer of 2009, Giannis Artopoulos was feeling daring. As other passengers were looking over the side, Giannis stepped up onto a ledge and readied himself. He jumped up attempting a backwards somersault that unfortunately turned into a face plant on the ground. Shocked passengers rushed to his aide but luckily he didn’t break or bruise anything. Watch as he springs forward before things turn very badly, very quickly.
