Amazon currently has a price of $50.99, and since this is Amazon, it will probably change about 10 times before the release date. Ive never heard of or used DVDEmpire, but they have a price of $41.99. Both have free shipping, so either way, a great price for the entire series, both movies, and a handful of decent extras.\r

TVShowsOnDVD.com speculates, and I concur, that there WILL be songs replaced. MTV claims that they will try to use covers and sound-alikes as much as possible. Still, the overall quality will be better than the crappy VHS-sourced bootlegs/downloads weve all been watching since 2002.
