DAP: Election budget tabled as suspected

DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke said Budget 2023 tabled in Parliament today is an election budget as suspected.

Loke said he expects Prime Minister Ismail Sabri's coalition to use the budget as its election manifesto.

Speaking to reporters after Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz table the budget today, Loke said the prime minister will need to be transparent about the date of the election and to not play games.
