Do not be afraid of tears
They are natural and true
They express emotions and make you see
That your eyes know what to do
Tears show fear, or joy or pain
Your face turns red and water flows
Don’t hold back or keep them in
Cause inside, then, your feeling grows
You felt a feeling worthy of them
It's okay just let them go
Man or woman, boy or girl
You're nothing less if you let them show
So do not be afraid of tears
It’s a natural display
Let them fall and you will slowly see
You feel better in every way…
