Thank you for the chance to fly,
To soar and dip and reach the sky,
To think and feel and dream and cry,
To smile and not to question why,

Thank you for the chance to live,
To find a heart with hope to give,
To spend some presious moments with,
To miss and laugh and just be with.

Thank you for your tender touch,
The thought of which is just to much,
You lips, your tounge, your skin and such,
Oh how i need your loving touch.

And even tho this cannot last,
And our time spent here will go all to fast,
And when our flag slips down its mast,
We will always have our past.

Moments that nobody can take away,
When we had fun and we did play,
And we talked and talked but every day,
I am so glad you came my way.

So thank you honey for your time,
And allowing me to give you mine,
To discover something oh so fine,
And to savour you as with fine wine.
