Danielle Martens - Broken Chains

Bonds, like chains,
are not easily formed.
They must snake
themselves around
each other, twining
into shapes.

And also like
chains, bonds can
easily be broken.
One snip of a
bolt-cutter can
sever links and
loose bonds forever.
