Nothing has to happen
the moment is enough
more is indulgence
and patients is a virtue
less will let us wonder
and fill tomorrow with daydreams of the other
when you are gone
and i am there
we can stare at mid air
and hear whispers in the wind
gone,

Proof that romance is not dead?

So maybe its best that nothing happens
whisked of our feet in a moment
my heart beats too many times
this is not a race
I respect seconds
but tonight I can let them fly free
lost in your eyes
caught in silence
decisive moments
I allowed to slide by

What am I afraid of?

When nothing has to happen
your hand touches mine
I divert my eyes to the night sky
the moon glows
stars shine
clouds move
and I see more then I want
could my being be meant for you
ill give moments to have a life instead
I have lived in lust but would die for love
one creates the other

am I choosing the right one?

something has to happen
if I let this time pass
and stress no cause
there must be an effect
I’ve felt the reaction
and know the chain of events I wish to ensue
but was I touched to easily
grabbed by emotion
dropping my motive
with each word from you pink lips
we shared tails
I gave much
you gave more
