Description

The passion of a couple, the months we waste away,
the heat from the blistering sun, the time that seems to fade,
jokers by the fire, the ones that feel ashamed,
the people here for hire are the army of today.

Tell me once tell me twice, tell me what it feels like,
to be so human but yet so cold, to be so harsh but grow so old,
the fragrance of a life time passed by, the only memory left for me.

The cold wet shower, the ice cold snow,
the mountain on the peak of our new home,
the blessed old fool who tells you stories,
of the time that he once searched for glory.

The search for wealth and the search for glory,
the bane of life for another story.

The blistering sands and the scorching sun,
the end as one more life is slung,
the pile of ashes, the flight of birds,
the song thats sung beneath the earth,
a wall of sound, a village choir,
a chore for anyone with a lasting desire.
