Shaggy, long hair
Hanging down in his eyes.
'Hey man, stop hating! '
Are his cries.

Maybe he's lucky
And his hair curls up.
It still doesn't matter
If he never gets it cut.

The hair is not always
A reliable sign.
A foolproof clue
Is their fashion design.

A dumb looking shirt
That has the brand name Hollister,
With the really tight pants
That belong to his sister.

With no real muscle
And usually no body fat,
Emos won't hurt you,
They're not into that.

The image of Emo
Screams 'Flamingly Gay! '
But for some reason,
Many dress this way.

Now for the part
A few cannot see.
The intolerable ways
Of the Emo personality.

Their music is depressing
And rarely true.
It's guaranteed to ruin your day
And make you feel blue.

With their beloved, screaming music
Encouraging them as they go,
They slit their wrists
And let the blood flow.

They think this is fun.
It gives them a rush.
When this process is finished,
Their scars will always blush.

They hang out at Suazey's
With their own kind.
They play their dumb music
That is truly maligned.

Girls love these guys.
I truly wonder why.
Maybe it's because
Emos' masculinity is a lie.

This Emo generation
Is rapidly growing,
And with some social conditions,
It's definitely showing.

If you happen to meet
One of these who
Follows this lifestyle,
Don't let them influence you!
