He is hard headed
And at times you want to slap him
He jokes a little too much
But when he likes you
It’s magical
He usually does not have girlfriends
But it’s been almost a year
He talks to me every day
Darling is his favorite word
I smile when I see him
He hugs me when he says hi think in my head
I’m ready for this to turn another way
I know he is scared
So am I
But I like I tell him
He will never know unless he tries
So I look him in the eyes
Take his hands in mine
And say sweetheart it is time
