This state of elation has turned to sedation as medication relations are formed
Second verse is a curse as the nurse calls a hearse, my heart burst and my family is torn

This date has been great as I felt low of late, can you relate to the state that I’m in?
As God gives us a nod he continues his job of keeping us longing within

A knife cuts a wrist as a list leaves us this, a sad note of a world full of piss
But I’m happy inside, I fell so alive, to be love deprived is a love I would miss
