Dalia Abaza - God, Help me!

What is life doing to us?
What is this kind of game?
It is always breaking us
And driving us to go insane

We can’t enjoy being happy
And all we have is the pain
Our moods are always crappy
And the tears never drain

It makes us smile for a moment
And steel it from us again
That sadness brings us torment
And happiness is something we need to maintain

I pray to you God please help me
I feel I am drowning so save me
Guide me to the place where I can see the sun
Coz all of what I see now is nothing but the dull

I know there is a laugh after the tear
But it seems the tears are not leaving me
I can’t find other place to go
Except to you God so save my soul
