DAKOTA AUSTIN - *UNWIND ME*

No, not a wink, sleep wouldn’t find me
Try as I may, just couldn’t unwind me

It’s really not funny, but it’s o.k. to laugh
The coffee I drank, wasn’t decaf

One little mistake and I’m up through the night
Typing away, there were poems to write

Though few were written, go take a look
But there wouldn’t be any, if only sleep took

But I welcome the new day, to all a good morning
This greeting is heart-felt, mixed in with some yawning!
