Daim declines to comment on China using Jho Low as bargaining chip

Government adviser Tun Daim Zainuddin on Tuesday refused to comment on the speculation that wanted businessman Low Taek Jho or Jho Low is being used as a “bargaining chip” to revive the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project. He spoke to the press after the opening of the inaugural Perwira Dialogue.
