Some of the Earth's cutest animals are actually cannibalistic. Business Insider recently made a list of cannibalistic cuties. For instance, Prairie Dogs may be vegetarian - but when things get rough they can eat each other. Hedgehogs are the cutest, but they have been known to eat their own babies when it's necessary. Finally, North American red squirrels commit infanticide. Specifically, male squirrels who are not the father of the infants that commit this act.
