Description

Cuba's communist government has ordered three days of mourning on Tuesday (December 20) for late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il after his death at the weekend.
Flags outside government and public buildings in Havana were flying at half mast during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
North Korea's embassy in Havana said it welcomed people who wished to pay their respects to Kim, who died from a heart attack at the age of 69.
Cuba maintained diplomacy with North Korea during Kim's controversial reign.
Cuba and North Korea, two of the world's five communist governments, have co-operated on trade, technology, agriculture and sports.
North Korea announced Kim's death on Monday, apparently catching governments around the world by surprise.
