CSXT empty hoppers

Even more CSXT hoppers west, what happened to all of the eastbounds? And where are all of the EMDs? This train has yet another GEVO and AC44CW for power. Notice that once the train approaches the C&O-style cantilever signals, you can see it raining. The sky opened up around 5:30 PM, and it was POURING when this train came through.
