CSK owners challenge IPL report

The fate of cash-rich IPL's franchise team Chennai Super Kings hangs in balance after the Mudgal report revealed that Gurunath Meiyappan was indeed a team official and was involved in betting. But owners of CSK, India Cements in their reply to the apex court have challenged the report's findings on Meiyappan being a team official. The owners also stated that team could not be axed from the IPL as Meiyappan was not a team owner.
