CSEC Cape 2021 See High Absenteeism

CSEC and CAPE exams in 2021 saw the lowest number of candidates in years, coupled with the highest level of absenteeism. The concern was expressed by the Caribbean Examination Council during an official results ceremony on Thursday hosted by the regional body.
