Crystle Jones - My Reason Why

Id sit in the dark,
Alone and crying.
Questioning myself,
Why i bother trying

Why I always felt that way.
Asking the people around me,
Who had nought to say

Cold to the world.
Hopelessly lost.
Contemplating suicide,
As well as its cost.

Heart so broken, mind so tangled.
Body so tired, life so mangled.
Tears stream down my face,
What had i done,
to deserve this fate.

Sick of the pain.
Tired of it all.
Will tonight be, my time to fall?
On this forbidden path of dispair,
I have finally met someone that seems to care.

I gather myself,
and wipe the tears away,
I must be strong,
and not go astray.

This is a face, I've seen not before,
Helping me find myself.
Opening a new door.

Embraced in his arms,
I couldnt feel more safe.
Could this have been,
My one true fate?

All the pain.
All the tears.
All the hate,
All the fears.

None of this, matters anymore,
For this is the true love, ive been yearning for.

No matter how you may feel now,
Remember this,
Some way, some how.
Everything happens for a reason,
Even if you cannot see.
Let go of it all.
Just let it be.

One day your reason,
Will finally come,
Then it will be over.
It will finally be done.
