my heart is broken
and it's all because of you

together with some glue

my heart is full of pain
and you don't even care

but you're not even there

my heart is now
an empty space

to fill that place

my heart feels a friendship
that will never be replaced
my heart wants you
to still keep me safe

my heart knew this friendship
would grow into something more
my heart knew you
would open that door

my heart told me
to tell you how I feel
my heart told me
if he lets go it's not real

it would hurt so much to mend

my world would come to an end

my heart thought
you wouldn't walk out for good

you would have understood

my heart now misses
all the fun we had together
my heart now wishes
we would have stayed just friends forever

my heart just had to give in
and face the fact that you're gone
my heart has let you win
and made me realize i was wrong
