CrossFitter risks her neck while attempting a new PR in Hang Snatch

Outdoing yourself isn't a walk in the park, especially if you're really good at what you do, and this video captures a funny example of it.

"I am a CrossFitter, and I was attempting a max hang snatch PB," Jennifer told WooGlobe.

Her first attempt at lifting the 83 KG barbell is nothing short of a disaster, making viewers feel for the subject's neck.

However, Jennifer decides to give the task at hand another shot and achieves it, establishing a new personal best.
