This routine is part of our 10 best CrossFit-inspired workout challenges</a> to test your limits video feature.  

You'll complete 4 sets and increase the weight with each set. Perform all 5 movements in succession, taking 2 minutes of rest between sets.

5 x hang cleans
5 x reverse front rack lunges (5 each side)
5 x push press
10 x back squat
10 x sumo deadlift high pull
