While not a constant presence, the "Time Oddity" puzzles are a crucial part of the progression, challenging you to manipulate time to clear a path forward. Cronos The New Dawn: the Time Oddity Puzzle
Puzzle Location: Sector A-11
This puzzle is located in the Desert Region, specifically in Sector A-11. Your objective is to make your way to the Dive Point, but a constant sandstorm makes navigation difficult. Following your objective marker (by pressing the R3 button on a controller) will eventually lead you to a large, broken-down building connected to the Steelworks.This building is where you will find the first of several "Time Oddity" orbs. These strange orbs are the key to manipulating the environment.
The Time Oddity Puzzle Solution

This puzzle requires you to interact with three different orbs in a specific sequence to clear a path.
Step 1: Activate the First Orb

As you enter the building, you will see a Time Oddity orb (also referredto as a temporal Anomaly) on your left. Interact with it to activate it. You will notice some debris shift, but your path forward will remainblocked.
Step 2: Find the Hidden Second Orb

This is the part that most players miss. The second orb is located insidethe same building, but it's very easy to overlook. Look for it high upon the ceiling, in the corner behind you. Aim and interact with thissecond orb to complete the first part of the puzzle. This will fullyclear the debris, but you still won't have a way to enter the nextbuilding.
Step 3: Manipulate the Pallet Outside

With the debris gone, go back outside the building. You should now be ableto see a new Time Oddity orb through a hole in the brick wall.

Interact with this orb to move the pallet down.

Step 4: Raise Yourself to the Next Area

This puzzle has a final, crucial step.

Get on top of the pallet.
Interact with the orb again through the window.

This second interaction will raise the pallet and lift you to the upperlevel, allowing you to enter the next building and progress through thestory.
