Good afternoon. Today is Hanlu(Han-ro), literally translated as Cold Dew, marking the arrival of cooler temperatures. Seoul had the lowest morning temperatures of the season at 9.2 degrees Celsius, but we'll notice even chillier mornings for the latter half of the week, due to light rain on Wednesday.

This afternoon, we'll enjoy crisp, sunny skies with highs in the twenties, some 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the morning lows.

Highs will range from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius... Seoul and Gyeongju reaching 22 degrees, Daegu, Daejeon and Chuncheon getting up to 21 degrees.
