Cricket TV - England star Eoin Morgan looks back on what has been an incredible 12 months for the former Ireland player, from breaking into the team to winning the ICC World Twenty20 in the Caribbean, making his Test debut and playing match-winning knocks against Australia.

He was talking to Jim White at an event set up by Jaguar, who are the official vehicle providers to the England team. Morgan, along with team-mates Alastair Cook and Andrew Strauss, were attempting to win the judges' approval as they put the new Jaguar XJ through its paces at Gaydon.
