If using any other Creole Seasoning other than Creole Kick, reduce the amount of seasoning to 2 tsp.

Shrimp - Medium size peeled and deveined
6 Eggs - Large
2 TBSP Creole or Cajun Seasoning (SweetSmokieJoes.com, Creole Kick)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (optional)
1 TBSP Creole or Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Mayonnaise
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Paprika for garnish
4 - 5 slices of Bacon
