Creepy Ventriloquist Dummy - A Halloween Tutorial

This is my first ever Halloween tutorial, can you believe it? I had planned on doing something else entirely and changed my mind at the last minute. The reason I decided to do ventriloquist dummy tutorial, even though there are hundreds of them out there already, is that I wanted mine to be genuinely creepy and actually look like a dummy. When I was researching images to use as references, I found that 99% of the tutorials on YouTube were quite pretty and girly, and dare I say 'sexy' (a sexy ventriloquist dummy? Now that is terrifying).
