Moniker of Mt Tamborine singer-songwriter David Baker and producer Zachary Miller, the music of Creature Kind remains stylistically ambiguous crossing between Indie Rock, Acoustic and even Electronic. With songs that are a testament to their love of melody, constant desire to be a 'slave to the song' and an undeniable ability to capture and hold the attention of their adoring audience with upbeat Indie Pop tunes through to heart-wrenching ballads, Creature Kind’s live show will leave you unsure of whether to laugh, dance or cry. 2014 saw Creature Kind release their debut single ‘We Cry’ as well playing the biggest show of their career supporting Joan Armatrading at QPAC in December. Now, Creature Kind embarks on the next chapter of the journey knuckling down in the studio to put the finishing touches on their much-anticipated debut EP which is self produced by band member Zachary Miller (Art Vs Science, Jimmy Barnes, Twinsy, The Last Dinosaurs) and engineered by Brendan Anthony (George, INXS, Wheatus, The Phoncurves) and due out in mid 2015.
